this is great! nice, john! love your new avatar too, btw.
i have this funny story about a kazoo. (actually probably funny to only me and not something i should admit to anyone but me.) i worked at a restaurant as a teenager called cheddar's. they did the b-day song thing with kazoos. i was a hostess (my duties did not involve kazoo playing, that was left to the wait staff.) but the night came up when there weren't enough free waiters to do the b-day kazoo bit so they grabbed me to join them. i'd never played the kazoo before, but how hard could it be? as i started to blow into the damn thing, i thought maybe mine was broken! not a sound came out. so i faked it, hoping no one would notice. of course, as we were leaving the birthday girl's table, one of the waiters turned to me with a smirk and said "don't you know how to play a kazoo?"

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
